Meal Planner
On this page, enter what your child ate for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks. Sometimes I feel like I feed DS the same thing all day long.
1.
Breakfast- grits and banana slices
Lunch- sweet potatoes (baby food jar) and shelled peas (that was a pain) with carrots
Dinner- (jar food)apples & chicken with asparagus (canned so it's already soft) and graham crackers (as a dessert)
**we're not totally on solids all the time so that's why I put in the other foods he eats

Breakfast- Pears & Mango (1/2 a stage 2 jar), Cheerios and 1/2 a plain whole wheat waffle
Lunch- Oatmeal, Carrots (stage 2 jar), whole wheat toast w/ cheddar cheese melted on top
Dinner- Oatmeal, Green Beans (stage 2 jar), Peas, whole wheat Rotini pasta w/ some Marinara sauce

Breakfast- Apples & Blueberries (1/2 a stage 2 jar), Cheerios, Blueberry YoBaby Yogurt
Lunch- Oatmeal, Peas (stage 2 jar), Carrots, Grilled Chicken
Dinner- Oatmeal, Squash (stage 2 jar), Green Beans, Gerber Organic Cheese Ravioli pick-ups

Breakfast- Bananas (1/2 a stage 2 jar), Cheerios and 1/2 a plain whole wheat waffle
Lunch- Oatmeal, Green Beans (stage 2 jar), whole wheat Rotini pasta w/ Parmesan cheese
Dinner- Oatmeal, Sweet Potatoes (stage 2 jar), Broccoli, seasoned Lean Ground Beef

Breakfast- Pears & Apricots (stage 2 jar), Cheerios and 1/2 a Banana in Cheerio-crust
Lunch - Oatmeal, Green Beans (stage 2 jar), whole wheat toast w/ cheddar cheese melted on top
Dinner- Oatmeal, Squash (stage 2 jar), Carrots, Grilled Chicken
